At Divya India, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products that are damaged, defective, or not as described are eligible for return.
- Personalised or customised stoles cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in transit.
- Products purchased during a sale or special promotion may have different return conditions, as mentioned on the product page.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) if eligible.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Ship the product back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled — contact us immediately.
- Orders already shipped can be cancelled but return shipping charges will apply.
