REFUND & RETURN POLICY — Divya India

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every Divya India product. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our policy below.

Standard Products — Returns & Exchanges

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard (non-customized) products
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact
To initiate a return, contact us at [email] or WhatsApp [number] with your order number and reason for return
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days

Customized & Personalized Products

Stoles customized with names, mantras, logos, symbols, or specific color combinations are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part
Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share your order number and clear photographs of the issue via email or WhatsApp
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

Bulk & Wedding Orders

Bulk orders are non-returnable once production has commenced
Please confirm all specifications (quantity, color, design, text) before approving the order
Any defects in bulk orders will be addressed on a case-by-case basis

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet)
International refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
