Orange Banarasi Silk Angvastram / Khes – Sacred Stole for Welcoming Guests, Temple Visits & Felicitations

A Thread of Honour, Woven in Silk

In India, we do not simply greet a guest, a saint, or a leader — we honour them. Long before words are exchanged, an Angvastram is placed upon the shoulders, carrying respect, blessing, and welcome in every fold. This Orange Banarasi Silk Angvastram (Khes) is woven for exactly that moment — the one where saffron, India's most sacred hue, carries blessing and respect.

Why This Angvastram / Khes

• Fabric: Premium Banarasi Silk — rich, lustrous & light enough to drape with grace
• Colour: Orange — the sacred saffron tone, rooted in temple & festive tradition
• Purpose-Woven: Designed to be presented, not just worn — ideal for felicitation and ceremonial moments
• Care: Dry clean recommended; store folded in a soft cloth so it stays ready for the next occasion of honour
• Country of Origin: India

Moments It Belongs To

• Welcoming guests — drape it over the shoulders of a visiting family member, dignitary, or honoured elder as they enter your home or event
• Temple visits & religious functions — offer it during puja, satsang, or as a token of respect to a priest, guru, or spiritual figure
• Felicitating political & community leaders — a traditional, dignified gesture at public functions, felicitations & civic ceremonies
• Weddings & family functions — presented to the groom's family, chief guests, or elders as a mark of respect
• Award ceremonies & retirements — a graceful, heritage-rich alternative to a bouquet or trophy
